The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is great. The procedure for wlan however is not very user friendly. For free wlan you have to register to their honors program (for free), in addition to getting a new code at the reception every day. There are better ways to do that Overall still a superb hotel ;-)

Great hotel friendly staff like that it has a bar but it is not that close to some stuff like old town but it's 5 min from the airport!

Not bad. Dated room decor and the bed was like a rock. Overall clean and secure with a nice bar area.

The hotel has a clean lobby and bar, but the seating is a bit old and creaky. The room overall was okay, but the bathroom is very small with a rundown shower stall. Black spots on the grout showed it's age and to top it all off my shower never got above lukewarm. My experience did not match my colleagues as their showers were toasty hot. The bed while having fresh linen was akin to sleeping on cement blocks. Fine for an evening stay but look elsewhere for anything longer.

Nice hotel with great breakfast. Room was good enough though a bit chilly. Location is 15 a 20 min walk from Dusseldorf city centrum. Personal was very friendy.

Lobby modern. Deutlicher Renovierungsstau in den Zimmern. Sehr altbacken. Zumindest sauber. Frühstück gut.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room with generous amenities, and a delightful breakfast. Also close to the Rhine, which was lovely.

Hotel is very gear towards business but doesn't offer proper internet without having to go to the desk to request a code. Staff are very nice but it is basic for the price.

Great hotel with some eateries nearby. Located right next to the university. Only thing is that it's a bit far from downtown Dusseldorf.

Lower end of the 4 stars. Rooms are OK but nothing special, service was horrible the last time I was here. Breakfast is good.
