NEVER again:
I recently purchased a ring (from the collection called "Galop") which got damaged a few hours after-- due to faulty design & without me doing anything particularly bad to it.

I returned to the Shop in order to fix the Problem: the Service was very-very-VERY bad.
First they tried to send me home without giving me any solution; upon insisting, they acted as doing me a favor in polishing it.
When I turned it down due to offensive Service attitude, they shoved me slowly out.
BEST example to prove that deluxe Brands are no longer what they used to be, and that people working for such brands are pure cynical and hypocritical money-makers.
