Fasten-Theraphy - ''detox your mind''

Healing castle to me is a breathtaking beauty and nature place. It is surrounding by forest and green meadow bathed in the sun, I feel like I am in the arms of mother nature. Birds sound & whizzing chirr of the insects everywhere.

This is also a place for healing people by the owner. Maybe some people dislike the way that the owner be or do, but first you have to lower down your self-esteem, pride, ego, and follow the flow. ''No pain no gain'' when you think that you are losing something, in another way you are gaining something. Ingrid has an eagle eyes which can point out what is your weakness and strength and also your pain. You have to be open to accept everything then only you get to improve yourself. You can be a person who full of negativity or you will be a very positive person after leaving here. It depends on your mentality and attitude, it is not easy but it is a challenge. Everyone and everything is a mirror reflects on yourself, when you feel hard and uncomfortable, focus on yourself and that is the thing you need to look into and change! Change is hard, but a small change slowly will lead to big change in the future.

Healing Castle is a wonderful place to disconnect from the hustle of the city. You can walk in the nature for miles without seeing another person, or practice yoga and meditation. The peaceful sounds of nature help to relax and reflect. It is the perfect place to come if you are looking to gain a new appreciation of life. The philosophy of the life school is a great concept for those wishing to gain a new perspective on their life and what is important.

Das Zimmer wurde wärend 5 Tagen nie geputzt, das WC wie die Douche musste mit dem Zimmernachbar geteilt weden, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, die Preisabmachungen wurden nicht eingehaltenen und die Preise ohne Rücksprache erhöht.

If you like your healing served with a big dose of racism and xenophobia, this is the place for you. It mixes religious iconography (Buddhas, Pietas) with new-agey crystals and spiritual happy talk (and holocaust jokes for the Jews and terrorism jokes for the Palestinians) for a vague, hippie-dippie faux spiritual vibe. Mediocre food and yoga. You can do better.

Healing Castle Schochwitz is a charming castle with very pleasant atmosphere. It is not a castle transformed into a 5 star hotel. Instead it is a place with a soul reconstructed with a heart. You can feel and see the touch of Jim and Ingrid, the owners, all the way through the place.
And most importantly, it is also a therapy centre. I can only recommend the private therapy session with Ingrid as well as the crystal bed therapy. Both tried several times with great results!!
