Summary: Service flop, Food good;
Details: We had booked a table for the Rodizio at 6. We finally got the first food by 6:45! We were there as a family with a yound child, which was hungry at the time of arrival (6pm). At 6.15 we did ask the first time, when the food serving may start and we got told "soon". At 6.30 we did ask for some bread, as our kid was starving and felt really bad. We did get some garlic bread, which was more than needed. After another 10 minutes waiting, we finally started with the food.
A very positive point: The food was great. That is the reason for that rating. The meat was juicy and good prepared with a perfect set of spices. the Vegetables have been made in (too much) butter (or oil), which is not my favorite, but the taste was good.

I do suggest for the restaurant to work on their communication with customers. If the food is not ready at the time you have guests, you either give them the info that it may take 20 or 30 minutes until it's ready or you do tell the guests to be there at another time.
The rodizio should start at 5pm, but the first time it seemed to be served was 6:40. Please tell guests, that they can be in "early", but the serving food does not start before 6:30. With that, you can set the expectations better.
