Modern hotel located in a quiet area not far from city center.

God awful. Payed through the nose for terrible service and Wi-Fi that only worked when I layed in my bed facing the window, but nowhere else. Not worth it. Don't go.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff at the reception know English. The WiFi is free, but the book inside the room says different. The parking is chargeable,they have three types. 15euro/day for underground parking.10eu/day for parking in the 'ParkHaus' on the opposite of the hotel. 5Eu/day for open parking.
The tram service is nearby,station name is Park SchonFeld. There is a burgerking,behind the hotel,it is a 10min walk.
The hotel is slightly pricey,for the provided features in the room. For a relatively comparable room (adjusted for buying power) in India,you would get much more amenities. The room has a hair dryer,a fridge with nothing in it,a fan,no air-conditioning. We went in summer,the nights were cool,so we could make do without AC.some rooms for e.g. in building 4 did not have fans even.
The rooms are big, bathrooms are big. The staff is friendly too. Overall,a comfortable stay.response / report this review -

The Hotel was good in general. The staff were helpful and kind. Rooms are quite big and comfortable, but the beds could be better. Bathrooms are also OK. Loved the sauna and swimming pool.

An imitation of a good hotel - looks nice in photos but that's about it. Strangely popular with business travellers despite terrible WiFi, and not a single iron available for use in the entire hotel. Rooms are large but difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Expect lights to not work, shower heads to split, and curtains that don't fit the window or keep any light out at all. Don't forget the elevators which open before they've fully stopped: witnessed so many people tripping when walking out because the floor wasn't level. To top it off, each night (except Sunday), the lobby and restaurant are filled with the clumsy tinkering of a bad piano player, and some truly terrible vocal renditions of Lady Gaga, barely recognisable. Are those people paid by the hotel? Only gets two stars because it's not the worst place I've ever stayed - the restaurant staff in particular are largely a pleasant bunch - but definitely the worst 'good looking' hotel I've ever seen. Wow.
