Great gasthaus. Kitchen is incredible. Service is great. Rooms are a bit outdated though but clean.

A quaint amenities blend of old and new in a tipical small village gasthouse setting.
One night bussiness stay. Arrived at 2200 on a Sunday. Two car parking in front of facility right off street corner. Hard to find actual building ( small A4 sheet on entrance door, condirmed we were in right location). Hard to find at night if GPS not available.
After 1930, must ring.
Reception smelled like boiled mutton due to immediate proximity of kitchen.
Dividibg door towards higher floors helped isolate the smell but not enough, u fortunately. Room nr 2 was remodeled and clean, exçellent mattress density ( two twin beds together), quality duvee/ linen.
If you can live with:
Inclind wooden floor, carpetd.
Bed slightly lower on one end, ( had to switch pillow to higher side).
Bathroom shower door very narrow with a high step in/off.
Craked tiles ( due to old wooden floor underneath).
Visible swelling of wood laminate at lower part of bathroom door, aged seals on shower door, very dusty heat register and bathroom fans (one above shower non functionable).
Most annoying: needed wi-fi username and password ( not given at check in nor posted anywhere) and could not contact reception/s to staff through posted tel nr on booking as it automatically was routed to fax receive mode. Obtaind needed data next morning at breakfast ( worth every penny), just to write this report before check out
I would return for quality sleep in good linen (in a level room with a perfectly horizontal bed :), and great breakfast on back covered terace.

Die Portionen sind für die Preise viel zu klein. Das was auf der Karte aufgelistet ist gab es die Hälfte nicht. Nie wieder😢

Es hat zwar etwas gedauert, dass das Essen geliefert wurde - dafür war es jedoch sehr lecker. Preis und Menge waren auch absolut in Ordnung
