Absolutely horrible service and unacceptable waiting times for repairing a laptop. They actually told me I should go to Berlin or Dresden if I wanted my Mac hard drive replaced within 2 weeks. On top of that, I know exactly what needs to be done to fix my laptop (new hard drive), but they won't touch it unless I pay their 60 Euros diagnostic fee. Not recommended at all.

I have explicitly asked the following: If warranty does not cover the costs of reparation of my device, and you estimate the price to repair it; will I have to pay for the estimation if I finally decide not to repair it. I have been told that as long as I do not decide to do the reparation, I do not have to pay for anything. Finally this was the case, and even though I have been told that the estimation is free of charge, I had to pay 60 euros. I feel deceived.
