Had very bad experience with them. Especially reception manager was very uncooperative.

Rooms aren't that clean. Room service is a ridiculous 22 Euro surcharge. Not all wall plugs work. You must pay for parking which is crazy. There is a gym which is a plus. The only plus

A bit far from the Nuremberg downtown and any rail station. Most of the people are here because the hotels in the downtown were full. Apart from that the hotel itself is fine.

Perfect place to stay for a night while passing through. Good breakfast, good beds, two kids can sleep on the extra bed that is made already, so good arrival with kids that fell asleep in the car. Parking by the hotel itself. No idea if it would be nice to stay there longer and how its surroundings are.
