A high end hotel located within close proximity of the city centre. I loved the spacious rooms and the modern interior. The free for all breakfast was great and had a nice spread with German classics featuring heavily on the offer. The staff were good and were very knowledgeable of the locality however they missed out cleaning my room after the first night which was a bit disappointing. Setting the temperature of the airconditioning was also a bit challenging as it kept on heating the room and we had to sleep with the windows open. Would have given 5 stars had it not been to the awkward placing of the shower cubicle which meant I wasn't able to open the door while my other half was having a shower as the door directly opens up to the shower. Perhaps changing the direction the doors open would fix this issue. Overall a great hotel needing a few touches.

Clean and decent place to stay. Shower in the middle of the room is a bit weird. One small pillow in the bed is not really appropriate, but I am sure you can ask for additional ones if you need. Restaurant is fantastic, but expensive. The location is okay (close to the river Main), but not great (busy and loud street right in front of the hotel and it's close to a an area that seems dodgy).

Nice rooms, some are bigger than others. Linens are top-notch. Excellent breakfast. Quite location, short walking distance to the city center and Saxenhousen, a good place for beer, apple wine, and German food.

A comfortable, pleasant base for a visit to Frankfurt.
My wife and I recently stayed here for the third time in a couple of years. The rooms are comfortable, furnished in contemporary style, and we have experienced no problems with maintenance or cleanliness. Everything works, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Breakfast comprises a wide range of choice, with fresh cooked options available. Taxis always seem to be available outside, though there is a tram stop opposite and public transport in Frankfurt is so good, and such good value, that we now seldom use them.
The free Wi-Fi is adequate for most purposes. It would be good to have a wider choice of English language programming on TV, but otherwise it is hard to find anything to criticize.

Loved the hotel and rooms. Staff was a bit unfriendly this time. But everything else was perfect.

The thing about attending beer fests, in particular as a participant and not only a drinker, is that the event continues after the thing is done. So when we finally got to the hotel, the exhaustion from the event knocked me right out. The hotel was great for that.

Unreasonable staff (at the reception). Perfect choice for masochists.

I was there only for the breakfast (17 €) and it was amazing. Great choice of everything a breakfast buffed needs. Also some more special foods like Bircher Müsli (a very filling and lasting cereal yogurt), dim sung and self baked apple-pockets.
