Nov17: During the last few months locker room and spa haven't been very clean. Some staff is very impolite.

Oct16: Equipment is good. The place is clean and air is fresh. Natural light through big windows. There are a lot of specific space for crossfit and freestyle. Dry and steam sauna plus relax room. There are locked available always.

Functional but fine. Staff on the front desk are mostly rude and unhelpful but as a gym it’s pretty much OK. Been a member for 2 years and it’s worked for me particularly because of the child care.

To my perspective I would have given a one-star, as the poor service provided.
I doubt seriously whether most of the staff at the reception have brains or not! I'm bored to explain how I found this out. No offense for those cuties, and I know they are already hard-working or somehow but still kind of creepy.
The reason I finally gave two more stars is Diego impressed a lot. He was patient, efficient and understandable!

there was just a big renovation in the locker rooms and repainting which should have been spent on equipment which is dated and during busy hours you will usually end up waiting. there are less TVs than machines so if you want to watch you have to turn your head which ends up hurting your neck. Cycling classes are often full. I think they should offer wi-fi. but it's still worth 3 stars, i've seen worse.

I would like to say that I didn't come in this club since almost 3 month. I was in Prenzlauerberg fitness club.

As I told to one of their staff I was disapointed by the excessive number of members. They accept too many people and it become not comfortable to do sport in this club anymore. You wait for every machines, no space at all to do any activities.
Month after month it became worst. I think I am not the only customer in this case.

When your staff sold to me the registration, the seller told me that their is lot of people during christmas because their is free a offer. But it was fake, the club is always full ! For 54 €/month, its not acceptable.

I just tell you that I will not pay 1 euro more for this club. I would like you to stop to harass me and let me resign. I can use all the way I get in hand as customer to defend myself. I will contact a lawyer if they don't let me resign.

Be carefull they continue to ask me money every month and try to charge me more !!!!

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD !!!!! After having the wrong impression of a quality serious gym and fitness club and signing in to it With the ridiculously high registration fee (150 € for what ???) discovered they signed me to one contract with a certain amount to be charged every month and in reality was charged much higher amount. Other then that, the false information was given to me that I could have a DVD movie from the movies stand for one week changed to be 6 days after they saw I take a movie every time I come to train and then to 3 days maximum because I'm "new in the gym" total lie and a ripoff ! The music connectors in most of the gym don't work properly and the place is full of dust. Guys -DON'T TRUST FITNESS FIRST !!!

Not really crowded compared to other gyms in Berlin, big windows, a lot of natural light, great machines and decent sauna and relaxing area.

They have no respect for appointments. They tell you they will call to set up an appointment and they don't. They have no regards for complaints. I tried to reach out for a manager or someone in charge and nobody cares. They are not honest about their subscription plans. Save your time and money and look for another gym :-)

Okay gym, although expensive and also has some incompetent reception staff. Had to visit twice to obtain a membership, as they bizarrely only knew the prices for passes under 3 months duration the first time. When I returned, the one month-pass which they incorrectly told me two days earlier was 59.99 was actually 69.99. After paying, I was then asked for another euro as a 'card deposit', however no receipt was issued and the deposit was not returned Come on guys!! Sort yourselves out, it's hardly rocket science!
