  We were due a refund several months ago. Instead of giving us a complete checklist of what they needed, at the very beginning, we were informed, one item at a time, over the course of almost a year! They kept coming back saying they needed one more thing from us. How disorganized is that? Completely unprofessional and useless as far as we are concerned. Unglaublich!!!!

  Eine Einrichtung, auf die wohl viele Bürger gerne verzichten würden
  
  Ist aber hübsch eingerichtet. Und es gibt ein Ticketsystem!
