  Three words: Very bad service
  
  - Wifi almost not working..After I gave this Feedback to the reception the answer was: That happens, so what..Especially for business travellers this might be critical
  
  - Breakfast: 3x I was being asked for my room number and coffee, 3x I told them my room number and No, I dont want coffee
  
  - Invoice: As business traveller I need correct invoices. At check in I told them the right address, but the address on the invoice was wrong..
  
  - Check-Out time: Check out only opens at 7 (!!!) am, no other employees were able to let me do the check out. What happens if you have early meetings?
  
  My third and definitely my last time in Hotel Faldernpoort, never again!

  Great solid 4 star German hotel, I stay here often because of work. Resturaunt excellent, breakfast excellent, rooms are resonably quiet. Staff are friendly enough, but with German efficiency at breakfast demand your room number before you have even smelt your coffeelol. Minibar is expensive and the Wifi in the rooms is too slow.
