Hatte einige lockere Speichen kurz vor der
Abfahrt zu eine Main-Radtour bemerkt, der Schaden wurde sofort behoben.und ich konnte eine Stunde später los. Außerdem schätze ich die kompetente Beratung und fairen Preise.

Um mein Fahrrad zu reparieren, habe ich, auf anraten des Werkstattpersonals dort, ein Laufrad gekauft, das sich als zu breit für meinen Rahmen erwiesen hat. Mir wurde beim Kauf gesagt Teile können nicht umgetauscht werden, und zu den nötigen Modifikationen am Rahmen um das Teil passend zu machen hieß es "Machen wir nicht!".
Insgesamt war der Service wenig freundlich und man hat als Kunde den Eindruck Bittsteller zu sein. Es gab wenig Interesse daran mir mit meinem Problem zu helfen. Warum eigentlich auch, das Teil hatte ich ja bereits gekauft

To repair my bike i bought a wheel there because one of the staff members told me that would fix the issue. Turns out my frame isn't wide enough for the wheel. When i bought the part i was told i cant get my money back if there was a problem. So i asked about the modifications necessary to make the part fit. The response i got was "We don't do that!".
All in all the service was unfriendly and they make you feel like THEY are doing YOU a favor by having you as a customer. They showed no interest in helping me with my problem. And why would they, i already bought the part

Despite my "sehr schlecht Deutsch," the shopkeeper was very helpful and patient with my bumbling language. The prices seem a little high, but it's wonderful to have a reliable bike shop around the corner.

Please DO NOT even bother to enter this store. It is certainly THE WORST bicycle shop I have ever been to. The service is horrible, the two workers are extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to the clients. I have been 5 times in this store (I kept giving them chances, as anyone can have a bad day, but 5/5? That's too much).

The prices of the items they sell are ridiculously inflated (a light which they sell for 40€ costs 5,99 € in another store, same product). Their services are also outrageously costly, you must pay just for them to look at your bike! (And we are talking about 20€!)

Moreover, they make you wait and when you finally get them to assist you, they try everything possible to make you pay for something. I bought a product and then an hour later found the same product costing 7 times cheaper, tried to return the overly expensive product to Zweirad Kißkalt and they would not take the still packed intact product! (2 hours after being bought!).

It is absurd and unbelievable that they are still on business. I have been in bicycle stores in many countries and have never been so disappointed and so badly treated. If you want to buy something for your bike or have your bike fixed, find another store. DO NOT even bother to enter. I really hope they will change their ways in the future.
