Detected racism right from the start! Extremely unfriendly owner, who made it quite clear, People of color are not welcome! Much better places to stay in the area

The worst service I have every had in a long time! The manage/owner was trying to send me to a different hotel the moment I walked in the building. She then kept complaining that she is not stupid and knows I don't want to stay there! She then was accusing me of saying so much stuff another customer stepped in and said "that's not what he said". When I finally did see the room, it's not even worth the 65 euro the hotel is asking for. Save yourself the money and time from staying her!

A great experience with friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and inviting rooms and free European/american style breakfast. Will be coming again!

Very good rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and good working wifi. Very nice breakfast and helpful kind staff. I am visiting this hotel for more then 5 years, and I love to stay there.

NICE hotel at a surprisingly reasonable price 55 euro per night. Rooms and bathroom were very clean, wifi was fast. The only thing depressing was the small tv, note: no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is included during your stay. Staff does a very nice job keeping the rooms nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel. Thanks!!!

Close to air base, Ramstein! Nice big rooms with refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Very clean.friendly friendly staff

Nice clean rooms though spartan. A decent breakfast is served every morning. Housekeeping is complete by 1pm so don't plan to sleep in if you need your room cleaned.

Nice rooms very clean. Friendly people. Allot of dogs here so we don't feel bad having ours. Awesome restaurants around the location also. Super easy to get to RAB. Be prepared to walk your animals a few blocks away they won't allow you to walk them around the hotel.
