  I was greeted warmly enough, what with a twinkle in the eye of my waiter and a kindly smile. Sadly, this happy balm was short-lived. I then waited for over 15 minutes before my order was taken. Time was limited for me on this fateful day, so I had to do away with any idea of ordering food and went for a humble cranberry juice. The waiter asked if I would like a small or large. I said SMALL. He then asked still or sparkling. I said STILL. He returned with a large sparkler. I had not the time to quibble, so slurped the juice anyhow. It became apparent I had to make it my own business to get the bill, so wandered inside and was then billed €4.20, as opposed to the €1.80 had I been given a small and still cranberry juice. The only upside of the whole experience was that I was able to use the toilet to void my bowels.

  Really horrible food. The chicken was so dry, it was difficult to chew. One of the worst burger in Hamburg and the shittiest service in Hamburg. We had to wait for 1.5 hours for a microwaved soufflé au Chocolat. The waited didn't even say sorry. On payment, the waiter calculated the wrong sum and was asking us to pay 1€ more. It is a trap. Don't go there.

  One of the few places in Hamburg that serve dinner quite late (till midnight). The menu is diverse, even if the quality of the food is not that good (pizza were disappointing). But price range makes it okay.

  Eines der Einstein, einer Restaurantkette in Hamburg, zu dem wir ab und an hingehen. Ist immer recht gut besucht, die Bedienung ist zumeist nett. Man darf als kleinere Gruppe (zumindest im Außenbereich) bloß nicht versuchen zwei Tische zusammenzustellen. Schweres Verbrechen!

  Making a reservation for a large group was a disorganized and unnecessarily difficult task involving calling back three times and not being called back by them as they said they would. Once we got there though it was a good experience though.

  Food is okay,and you can catch some cheap cocktails. It appears to be very popular with the 17-20 age range.
  
  Choice for veggies is rather limited.
