  Smooth running!
  I checked the reviews prior to our trip and was a bit scared.
  But we were pleasantly surprised. The outward journey at 2 a.m. and the return journey at 1.30 p.m. went smoothly.
  The parking lot is not lit but that wasn't a problem for us. It would be nice if you were shown free parking spaces.
  Otherwise everything was great.

  There is no lighting in the parking lot at night, the driver just took a 1-hour break at some point, it is not clear when the shuttle is leaving, the parking lot has been relocated, you had to call for a description. There is parking at the airport for €20 more.

  Some of the other negative reviews are understandable. However, our experience was good and everything worked out:
  The bus to the terminal left on time, the pick-up was also on time, we quickly found a parking space for the car in the parking lot (but we weren't there at night but during the day), the address of the parking lot was correct.
  Cons: Pick up point in front of the terminal wasn't well described ("P32" isn't signposted anywhere there as it says on the pickup map) and the parking lot has some big potholes.

  Statements are made here that are constantly changing and do not match what is given on arrival. First we were told to wait at Terminal 1B, parking lot 32 on the return journey. When we couldn't find anyone there, we called and found out that this information was not correct and that we should go to Terminal 1A parking lot 29. Said and done. Supposedly the shuttle buses always come on the hour and half hour, but that's not true either. This has now also changed within a week without us being informed about it!!! Absolutely not recommended!! Book somewhere else!!
  
  And by the way: When we arrived, the shuttle bus driver was constantly on his cell phone! That is not how it works!!

  Wrong Address, pitch black. This is not a parking lot service, this is just a Shuttle service. Do not park your car here, choose somewhere else!
