  Worst hotel worst service from 14 days at 12 hotels in Germany!!! Tried to check in at 3:30. Nope! Checking only at 4:30pm. Leave bags in the lobby.
  Parking? Temporary only. After checking in, remark underground. Parking spots are 7' wide, so be prepared to climb out the back of the car!
  Checked in , had requested a " view" room as I booked it 3 months in advance. Was given a basement room 2 buildings away looking at grass across from train tracks.
  Called receptionist. Told her the dilemma. She said she would call back in 2 minutes.
  15 minutes later, I called again. It rang and rang. Finally she answered. They were laughing in the background. They said, tell him we are busy checking in.
  After putting me on hold, she came back to inform me it would be $50 euros to upgrade my room. I told her $186 per nite was already too much, and no thanks!!!
  So, do NOT even consider booking to his hotel! You will regret it!!

  We found this hotel by accident and very glad that we did. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had fantastic mountain views. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant, a pool, spa, fitness center, and a bier garten where guests could just hang out and relax. The location, slightly away from the center of town,was also wonderful. Outside the hotel property, were many hiking trails leading up to the mountains or to the town. Overall, great hotel experience.

  Great hotel with large rooms. Half-pension was a phenomenal deal. My family and I loved the Bavarian breakfast offerings. Bottom line is that we'll be back.

  Spacious rooms, good offer (wellness, tennis courses, massage, stepaerobics) price is ok, close to skilift, free pubic transport to centre,
  However, wifi connection in the rooms is not always sufficient

  Very nice hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast included. Would also recommend the Bavarian buffet. Except location for skiing at Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

  Big rooms, about 40min walk to the town centre of Garmisch, but ideal location to start hiking up Zugspitze. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. 11am check out and rooms could do with a refurbishment.
