Bad, bad DNSnet.
1. We are not talking about fast internet here. Constant failures (the longest was 6 hours!!!)
2. Zero customer service and courtesy
3. Far too expensive for such bad internet.
If you are not dependent on the company because of the apartment and cooperation, it is better to go to Telekom.response / report this review -

Getting a connection was only possible after several calls. When moving out, then tried to end the contract with a special notice, no chance and now it's off to a lawyer.

We have been fiber optic customers since 2014. Everything was fine until half a year ago. But when problems come, you're in a fix. The customer service only "notes" the problems but there is no solution in sight. I would very much like to switch, unfortunately there is no other provider here.
