I brought a car from them today. Very friendly and customer-oriented. I will look for my next car here too, even if it's 2 hours away.

Not a correct dealer. First Benjamin Dick told me that a certain car is for sale. Than I required some documents. Mr Dick was too lazy to send them to me and just replied to me "the car is sold". The advert stayed 2-3 more days on mobile.de. I picked up the phone and called there. Someone else from the sales team replied that the car was still available for sale. I will not recommend to anyone to go to this place.

I took contact via email with Dick Automobile to have information on an Audi A5, since I live 800km away from the dealership. They provided pictures and information on the car history, the work done on it and the remaining damages. I then made a phonecall to make an appointment. When I came to Bebra to see the car, it was as described, ready for a testdrive. I had concerns about exporting the car to France, but Dick Automobile arranged everything. I decided to purchase the car, and I asked them to do a little more bodywork on the car (rim damage to be fixed, ceiling stain to be removed, etc.). When I came back 3 weeks later, they had fixed the remaining little damage, and one hour after my arrival, I had the export-plates, and the car was ready to hit the road.

The only drawback I have against Dick Automobile is the long time I had to spend to get in contact with them, especially via email. Sometimes phone lines are quite busy, too and you have to try over and over again. Also, not quite a drawback, but one must know that the prices are fixed, no hope for negotiation.

I highly recommend working with Dick Automobile, especially if you are a foreign buyer like myself, they are very professional and efficient.

AVOID! I bought an Audi A5 with 190k km. After 2 hours and 300km away they called me , they gave me WRONK PAPERS AND WRONG LICENCE PLATE! I have had to go back ,but no worries they give me for compensation brand new winter tyre set. Ok, no problem, nice guys, i went back. My journey was 600km more at the moment. When i arrived back they gave me the right licence plate, but they said so sorry THEY CANT GIVE ME ANY COMPENSATION! I drive out a full tank now! WHOS RESPONSIBILITY THE RIGHT PAPERS EVEN IF I PAID FOR IT? Ok, lets go home, pull the tank up again! I wish never see you. After 300km at midnight the Audi gearbox completely stucked! GEARBOX MALFUNCTION!! Tha car had stop and doesnt move on the autobahn next to Passau. HOW? Its a 190k km car, with full service history. THEY WASTED MY ALL DAY AND I DROVE 900KM FOR THEY FAULT and after they car compleyely stopped! I WAS IN LIFERISK ON THE AUTOBAHN! SERIOSLY!! I called the seller guy he said he is sleeping he can not help, call back on the morning! THANK YOU SO MUCH! PROFESSIONAL SELLERS!! We pulled the car with an another one next to the autobahn and left there, and we went to the nearest hotel where one night was 170EUR. I started to call them straight away on the morning, give me back my money and let me home(i m still 1000km far from my home, my kids waiting at home). They said they can not help cos i sign a contract which says WITH SMALL LETTERS I can not get any warranty for the car! Ok , i dont need it anyway I living 1400km away from the DICK of course i dont need warraty but at least let me go home with the car. I paid 12000eur for an Audi but i can not go home with it? THEY SOLD ME A SCRAP CAR!! THEY GAVE ME WRONG PAPERS , THEY WASTE MY ALL DAY AND PLUS 900km IN EXTRA WITHOUT COMPANENSATION I HAD TO SPEND MY MONEY FOR EXPENSIVE HOTELS!! After in the hotel i called my all friends, they sent me links with lawyers. I told the seller , i ll go to the court whatewer. After few hours they called me back and said they ll send me a trailer which take the car back, and they can give me back 11,500EUR cos i had to paid the trailer too! I took the money and went home. This journey was 1.400EUR for me, and i spent 4days in Germany for nothing and i come home without car. THANK YOU DICK!!! AVOID PLEASE EVERYBODY!!!!!

Beware! This company is a total nightmare. I travelled all the way through Europe to look at a car there, firstly they promised to pick me up from the station in Bebra at arrival, but they didn't since it was "too busy" when I got there, when I finally got there with a taxi, they were very unfriendly, gave no real information about the car, shoved the key in my hand and send me on my way for a test ride. Once driving I noticed an error on the info display, it said there was an engine problem and a performance issue. I drove back and told them about it and I had to drive to a nearby garage myself to let them check it out. It turns out that the people at Dick Automobile had phoned to the independent garage (F + M garage in Rotenburg) to make them reset the car info system so it would no longer give the error. The battery was dead so the car had to be started with jumper cables every time and they said to me it would be fine once I drove on the high way so it could be fully charged. When I left the following day I filled the tank with gas and drove off. Once on the highway the car lost all it's power and the check engine warning came back on. I directly drove to my own garage in Belgium to let them fully check the car and it turns out the complete engine has to be replaced due to bad maintenance and they told me the car was perfectly serviced and in good condition!! The battery had to be replaced because it was really dead. Again beware of this car company!!
