    Unfreundliches Personal.
Bin trotz akuter Beschwerden mit Schmerzen abgewiesen worden. Es gebe erst wieder Termine im September! Wir haben Juli - was ist an akut nicht zu verstehen????

Super friendly and nice, highly recommended as compared to some other doctor visits that I’ve had in Munich!!

simply said, if you are not in urgency as this clinic is not the right one to get professional treatment from.
I waited for the appointment for almost 5 months and at the last moment they wanted to either give me Überweisung for another clinic or cancel my appointment.

    Thanks,
    MH

    Awful service.
I saw a doctor who said he could perform a treatment during this appointment, it'd only cost 50 euros, I agreed. Then I was asked to step into a room adjacent to where the doctor was. After some minutes I met an assistant who kept asking for my name, I gave it then she went and after some time she came back with some forms to fill out. It is not that my name was wrong, those were the forms from someone else. I told her and she scratched the name and wrote mine, wrong I may add. I asked for forms in English, they didn't have - no problem for me. I then proceeded to read but then she said "just mark yes or no". Then the doctor came in and said he had no time for me to read the forms, he had to leave, he then said that "nothing bad was written in those forms". He said to just sign and read later. I am sorry, but that is not correct. I then asked why would you said you had time to treat me but then come and rush me into signing a form that in the first place was not mine. I don't think he understood, he said he could get a form with my name. It didn't feel safe nor professional. I left. A very unpleasant experience.

    Never again.

Edit: To clarify, the problem was not the language of the forms, but the fact that (1) I was told there was time to treat me, but then there wasn't. (2) I was told to just sign a form I hadn't read and more importantly, (3) that this form in question was not for me.

So I'm here waiting for 30 minutes so far. Why should you made an appointment for me? 🤔
