Habe mein defektes Pixel 2 abholen lassen. Antwort auf Rückfragen kommen unregelmäßig. Bin gespannt wie meine Kundenserviceerfahrung wird.
Update: Ohje. 44 Tage bis ich das Gerät zurück hatte. Das macht jeder lokale Reparaturshop schneller.
Horrendous Google repair partner. Waited for my phone to be picked up, was never done. I won't 2 further emails following up, asking when it can be done, with no reply. This is almost 2 months later now. Avoid if at all possible.
Wollte mein Pixel zur Reparatur des Bildschirms einschicken. Partout keine Auskunft am Telefon über die ungefähren Kosten. Mit eine der schlechtesten Serviceerfahrungen in der letzten Zeit.
A horrible and shameful service as Google repair providers. There is not even one single person to speak english in the office - in 2018! on top of this empty promises about times and correspondence via emails - no one knows left from right - all the answers are just - we dont know, it's someone else's responsibility.
I sent my Pixel phone for a screen repair as it is the only option to keep google's warranty. I encountered an unreliable customer service, unable to provide basic answers 2 weeks AFTER a payment has been sent and even 3 payment proofs have been delivered. Claims such as - we do not know why the workshop in Poland has no updates and there is no phone contact only via email are just a glimpse.
BAD, SLOW AND UNRELIABLE. A complaint to google has also been made.
