  My favourite place in Cologne to start and end an evening out. Fantastic bar staff, great drinks selection, good yet unobtrusive music, lovely welcoming atmosphere and not too touristy despite being an English speaking pub slap bang in the middle of town. Might be a tad *too* quiet at times, but that might be a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the town.

  No matter where you are on the planet, you can rest assured that there'll be an Irish pub. And this one was some comfort when I was in Germany, trying to find a cider and having little luck. The staff are friendly, and allow you to run a tab (dangerous for my wallet!), and the drinks are great.

  Not bad for an Irish pub, but then again I prefer German pubs when I'm in Germany. The staff are pretty cool though.

  Wasn't too fussed here. Small and overcrowded. Barman was not interested. Nice seating area outside though
