The Burgers are great, the wings are ok. The place can be busy on game nights. Service always friendly but the kitchen can be sometimes a bit slow due to too many orders at the same time. The place is also missing a barkeeper. The waitresses are also losing to much of their time preparing the drink orders. I have to lower my review to 3 stars at the moment.

We went for a friends birthday this last week. Made reservations for 4 and they sat us at a tiny table crowded in by other tables, where they had people sitting at tables meant for 8+ when there was 4 or or 3 people in their party. I was constantly worried my hair was getting into the neighboring tables food since their table was at my back, literally. I watched the cooks as they screamed at and chewed out the waitresses. Our waitress was super nice, so even though our fries were BEYOND salty, the nacho cheese cold and lumpy and the birthday girls phili cheese steak was hard as a rock, we didnt complain so our waitress wouldnt have to go through that. Americans: This is not a normal cheese steak. They use chuncks of well done over cooked steak not slices. The hot wings were by far the best, and definitely a taste of home. Only other bad side was sitting next to a german guy that was so drunk and rude and just randomly wanted to talk AT us or to a ghost or something even the waitresses were unerved by this guy. But hey, he was a paying customer. Value though was good. Paid less than 40 euro for 4 meals and 4 drinks(including a beer)

The wait staff was nice and the atmosphere is great but the food has lots to be desired. Perhaps it is because I'm use to the Hooters in the US, I'm not sure. I ordered a hamburger and it was inedible. I could only manage to eat two bites. I complained to our waitress and she apologized but didn't offer to get me another one or take if off my bill. Everyone else seemed disappointed in their food, too. The wings were a far cry from the ones we were used to in the US. On the up side, the beer was really good. One other oddity was the presence of a dog in the restaurant. It was the dog of the fiancé of our waitress. I saw her pet it a few times, but I’m not sure that she washed her hands afterwards. Germany is very dog friendly but dogs in any eatery is too much for me. If I ever go back there again, it will only be for some beers.
