I got the display of my huawei p10 pro replaced there, and notice afterward my speaker (the loud one) was not working anymore. It s OK, who already open a smartphone knows how it is easy to miss something when closing it back However, I was afraid it will be on me; because I haved signed document saying that all test were OK while picking up my phone. I came back there, ask to speak with the technician that has replaced my display and he got my speaker back to work. At the end of a day, I have a smartphone like new and I would like to thank Jamal U. for his responsable behavior and his professionalism. Stay like that!

Horrible!!! Don't bring your phone there!! You will be ripped off!!!
After the "Repair" of the screen the phone was broken completely and the comment was: It could have been broken already before, you are not able to prove that.

Herr Islam hat Ahnung von der neuen Welt der IT und Smartphones. Hier kann man sehr gut sein Handy reparieren lassen, welches durch einen Sturz an einem Displayschaden leidet. Zweimal in Mannheim.

Tut mir leid, aber die Firma ist vollkommen unfähig: Drei Versuche, 3 Pleiten.
Bei meinem Tabletcomputer war die Ladebuchse gebrochen, mir wurde gesagt der Schaden wäre irreparabel. Ich habe es selbst repariert mit einem Ersatzteil für €2,50 aus dem Internet. Bei einem Handy wurde mir gesagt, die Hauptplatine sei gebrochen. Mir wurde der Kauf eines neuen nahegelegt, tatsächlich hatte sich nur der Stecker vom Akku gelöst. Bei einem Laptop, welcher nicht mehr hochfuhr, sollte angeblich die Festplatte kaputt sein. Das stellte sich auch als unzutreffend heraus.

CLS bei Wasserschaden: Herr Krišnia ( leider weiß ich nicht wie man diesen kroatischen Namen korrekt schreibt ) ist sehr freundlich und kompetent! Mein Handy ist in die Toilette gefallen ( passiert statistisch gesehen 20 % aller Handybesitzer mind. einmal in ihrem Leben ) und er hat es sofort professionell ausgereinigt und wieder funktionstüchtig gemacht! CLS 5 Sterne für Kompetenz, Schnelligkeit und Freundlichkeit!

Horrible service, the work they do has no quality. They are basically thiefs that charge over price, for a promise that you broken apparatuses will be as before but it was not even a week when their so called "work" fall apart. It is better to get a new one than get anything fixed here.
