Good place for having a German dinner. Very cool the local beer, especially in Christmas time. There also an Italian waiter very kind and helpful. I'll come back for sure!!

Historic building, great sauerkraut and sausages, get some beer and you will spend a non-romantic but feel good evening!

Great food here. We ate during lunch time on a Friday. The menu is limited to rumpsteaks, hearty meals, salads, and schnitzels during this time of day. There is a smoking area and non-smoking area as well as an outside area looking out across the city center. Menus in English are available. The service was very good.

Too good not to share! This place was AMAZING! And so affordable! I had a sample platter (pork steak, turkey steak, rump steak with a salad and potatoes wedges) for less than €15!! My husband had a pork knuckle with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and a salad (€11) and he said it was delicious. The portions are generous and the food is some of the best I've had!
They have their own beer brand and my husband loved the Seasonal (IPA) one.
They have an English menu and the waiter we had spoke great English!
TRY IT OUT YOURSELF, you won't regret it!
It's located in this little center so the parking is not right out front but not far. Highly recommend!response / report this review -

A great meeting place - beers are brewed in-house and the food is hearty, well-prepared and nicely presented on the plate. There is also an excellent variety of beautifully prepared salads.
The service is speedy and efficient, with English-speaking waitresses/waiters and English language menu's.
Nothing is too much trouble. As soon as you walk in - you are made to feel welcome. At least if it's not too busy, that is.
It's also nice that one can smoke, while enjoying a beer, some food, or just a cup of coffee at the table and not have to stand outside, like some kind of diseased leper. Ohand the WI-FI signal strength is excellent.

It was latin night on new years the place had a lot of people but it is small good music n good drinks no charge
