The beer was nice, but the service was really slow. 20 minutes before we get a menu and 1 and 1/2 hours before the food came.

From the moment we got there the waitress was frowning and rude to us. Later when some friends went out for a cigarette me and another were left at the table, it was late and I was tired so I lay my head down for 30 seconds. The same waitress came over and started hitting me with a menu (admittedly not hard, but still). I thought she might be joking. She was not joking. She was seriously pissed off.
Later my friend suggested that she could have said something nicely and she started arguing with us.
Terrible customer service, we will all be avoiding this place in the future. Perhaps because of their central location they feel that they don't need to respect the customers.
I'm giving 2 stars because I've been there a few times before and enjoyed the food.response / report this review -

Avoid. Took 20 minutes before taking order. There was a half mug of beer sitting on the counter the entire time waiting, and they splashed some more on that and tried to serve it to me. Food was pretty okay, admittedly. Service subpar, even for Germany.
