  Super nice and polite team. Very good equipement. They explain how the boats work and which tours to take..

  The good is that I have had a number of good experiences in bringing groups to this place. The bad is that the patronizing attitude of the owner is too much.
  
  Last year, with 12 boats planned and 11 actually rented, he yelled at me because when I returned with 11 boats I hadn't mentioned that we'd only taken 11 boats. (I am not making this up.)
  
  This year, with the weather forecast showing rain for most of the day, I bothered to call to cancel the reservation rather than not showing up. And this time he yelled at me because I didn't call earlier (making him miss out on the wealth of people who apparently were dying to paddle in high wind and rain).
  
  Because he was too busy fussing, he never got around to asking if we would like another date and I didn't get around to bothering. I've selected another vendor.
  
  Two stars are for the nice experiences we've previously enjoyed but three stars off for the penny-wise-but-pound-foolish customer service.

  Good prices, good service. You can reserve canoes and kayaks by email or phone.

  Yesterday was already the 4th time we went - with my family, or friends - to this boat rental place.They are always fast and helpful, they explain everything, and they are really fair.
  One week ago, when we went there, there was a long queue waiting for boats (it was above 30 degrees), and we could not get any boat - then, the customer service person recommended another place (next door), where finally we could find available kayaks, what we wanted.
  Therefore, for yesterday (Sunday) I booked our boats days before (we were altogether 11). It was not easy, since I tried to book them on the internet, but - although it promises answer in 24 hours - I did not get any answer. Finally, I called them on Friday - no one spoke any English - and with my poor German made the booking. I was really curious if I booked what I wanted, but yes, I did. Unfortunately, their internet didn´t work (maybe it explains why they didn´t answer to my booking), so I had to pay in cash.
  We had some complications during the trip too: we booked the kayaks for 3 hours only, but after 2,5 hours it was obvious that we cannot get back on time. So, we called them with the info. It was not a problem at all, when we took the kayaks back, we had to pay the difference between the 3 and 4 hours rent and that was all.
  
  I can really recommend this place, but in the neighborhood there are a bit less fancy places which are really good alternatives too (also good quality service and maybe a bit cheaper - but the difference is minor).
