Boehringer Ingelheim main entrance is near where I live in Danbury, and meeting people that work here is an everyday occurrence.
I've seen a lot of photos people take internally on the animals they test on and euthanize by the rack. Its pretty disturbing; monkeys, beagles, mice, and rats. Special companies come to pick up all the dead animals carcasses.
Recently it was big news that one of their lead veterinarians was NOT certified and she had worked there for over a year in a top position. She went to take her test and FAILED. They walked her and her boss (who forged the paperwork saying she had the proper credentials) out.
Overall I get a very uneasy feeling about this place. Its huge, and they control two traffic lights on this block that a lot of their employees ignore. They produce, manufacture and test pharmaceuticals. I believe large corporations like this contribute to more bad in society (addiction, financial monopolies on certain products) than good.
New cost from Humana Insurance is a rip-off Spiriva (90 days)
isn't worth $100.00, much less $400.00. Just keep it.
In using Spiriva, There were 2 capsules that had nothing in them when in tried to inhale. In a 30 day suppkly that is a big loss. At least for me it is a big enough loss. Is there a chance you can be sure be sure your machines, or whatever you use to fill them, are working properly. Thank you. Mary Clark
Great place to work and good for patients.
I Like it ;)
