Very very bad customer service. They do not keep the track of the client database. Each clerk says different information and later on owner blame a client for not providing the information. Besides machines are not repaired often (even though I informed them few times).

Music in the gym is not available downstairs since 2016
Construction in Ladies changing room take place right now, so what they have done? - They swapped ladies with men changing rooms, and men need to inhalate all the dust made by workers (I did not want to pay money to get a cancer in my lungs). More - you need to watch out on your eyes, because I got hit by concrete debris in the neck! :) . There is even more - so if anyone needs and advise - please DON'T sign the contract with them :) It will save you plenty of stress

Quality of Service? I think nobody heard about that here Some of the Staff's very rude and uncompetent. Music downstairs missing since 2016 - response from the Staff why the is music missing since 8 months -> "something is broken and needs to be replaced" DISASTER , do not recommend

The gym equipments are good and has nice environment. But it is mostly crowded. Be careful about the contract. Before signing a contract they say things but make sure it is all written in the contract otherwise they simply forget it. I tried to cancel because of moving to another city. Although at the begining they said it would be easy to cancel now they will not accept. I have to pay for another year without using the gym. Not so friendly when it comes to payment.

Good size gym with decent selection of equipment and good service. They seriously need better airconin the summer its almost unbearable hot.
