The service was great, all representatives were very attentive and helpful. I was able to get an appointment at a very short notice. They missed out on the fifth star since I tried reaching the service department via email for almost three (two emails) weeks and I never received a response to my inquiry about the oil service. But overall BMW for life!

Waited 2 hours to get a brand new ordered key configured for my car. Got finally told the key is broken UNBELIEVABLE!! Took them 2 hours to find out?! Or did they broke it?!
At my second visit it was 50% more expensive and I was told I am wrong even when I showed them emails from their support!
Now I heard to configure a key takes only 20 mins. I paid for 1,5 hours! Next time I drive to Frankfurt! Not the first time they ruined my dayNEVER again!

Had a flat tyre on the Autobahn and had to divert to the nearest service center, and these guys where the ones suggested by BMW. They offered very good service, and they took good care of my car. They did not have the tyre for my car so they sent a colleague all the way to Offenbach and got the tyre. They where able to fix my car the same day. This is dedicated service.
