Wir mussten ein Motor BMK-L austauschen, da es nach über 8 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hatte. Alten Motor zurück geschickt, neuen bekommen und mit der kompetent Beratung per E-mail selbst eingebaut.
Natürlich mussten wir die Ersatzteile bezahlen. Aber alles war im grünen Bereich:) Sehr empfehlenswerter Support.

Initially had a problem with the design of the product causing buildup of dirt in the hood where it could not be cleaned. The problem was fixed in a good way. Berbel takes service serious apparently.

Tried to call and send mails to this company to get service but get no answers. It is with regards to a kitchen hood I purchased. You can't clean the product properly. Small fruit flies can enter between a glass sheet where they stay visible for ever. I get no solution or any answers from this company.
