Traditional pub quite near from city centre. They served traditional meals, and they are very delicious! I can recommend you onion soup, schweizer käseschnitzel and Schaffer beer :-) Prices are convenient, staff very kind and professional.

Perhaps the best place to eat in the beautiful Leipzig. The place is big, tidy and very nicely decorated. The food no matter of your choice is at a different level regarding taste, ingredients and preparation. easily 5 stars.

Very good self-brewed beer. Food quite ok. Ice cream from the "Tagesmenü" is definitely worth a try. I can also highly recommend the "Haxe" and "Braumeisterspieß" from the usual menu. However, high quality food should not be expected.

Relatively cheap prices, friendly staff, pretty location, very spacy, even on weekends it's not packed. Definitely kid-friendly! Very positive experience altogether.

Yum yum! I loved the Gose beer along with my lunch. Awesome traditional German food in a cool setting. The other types of beer are great too. A must visit for beer lovers.

Amazing food, homemade beer and historical ambience. The restaurant offers many traditional dishes from Germany and specialties from Bavaria. The service has usual German charm which focuses on execution ;)

Other than the horde of people smoking right at the entry door this place was great. We walked in to the smell of beer brewing and got seated quickly. It's a great central location with great food and good beer. It was great to visit the home of the original gose style beer and to have such great quality food to go with it. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Leipzig.
