  Bago has great food and is located really well. However, the service is always abismal. Waiter/esses always take way too long to come and take your order and bring the bill. I once waited 30 minutes for someone to come and bring us the Menu or take our order.

  I like coming here on Saturdays to have an extra breakfast. The croissants are not always top notch, but the American breakfast is pretty OK. Really like the large Milchkaffee.
  
  Update: the American breakfast is no longer offered and the Milchkaffee has shrunk in size down to smallish. Not an improvement but still an ok-ish place to go especially when the weather is nice enough to sit on the terrace.

  this place is defiantly one my favorite in bonn. Me and my friends/family used to drive from Wachtberg just to enjoy their delicious latte coffee w/haselnuss. The staff is pretty friendly and always smiling, however did notice they tend to be picky on their costumer after sunset in terms of where to sit or how to look.
  Advice: Don't get in any trouble/argument with their manager/owner as he, as i've witnesses couple time, a very rued person.
  PS: Don't miss their latte and french coffee

  The only problem is that One has to go down a lot of stairs to go to the toiletand back up again. Which is a problem if, like me, you have had a hip replacement, any knee operation, are part of the getting old population, etc. etc. Apart from that, pretty good.
