  Spent one night here in mid September and were generally pleased with the experience. Our room was fantastic (especially the bathroom) and the hotel had all the elements one expects in a spa town (pool, sauna, massage options, wellness treatments etc). We were particularly impressed with the breakfast (the best of the five hotels we stayed in) and the helpfulness of the staff. Our only complaint (and it is significant) is that to get to the lobby you had to carry your suitcase up a significant number of stairs. Having done that, we were then told our room was in another building, so we had to retrace our steps and then negotiate further stairs to get into the other building. Why on earth were there no ramps? Other than that, a nice experience in a great location.
