Drivers and employees were rude and confused. Each driver seemed to have their own policies regarding which type of ticket (paper vs e-ticket) were allowed. Calls to the company who ran the tour about this confusion were not returned.

The stops are not correctly marked. One day you take the bus in a place and next day you wait for it in the same spot to end up running 200 m to catch it somewhere else. Some earphone plugs don't work. The audioguide is OK-ish although it's full of biased bad jokes.

tours are a bit repetitive and very generic.. they offer two types of buses one with prerecorded soundtrack and one with live information .. but in both cases was hard to follow and not so interesting.. only worth it for being taken directly to important sites.. but often feel the bus wasted time easier to just get a metro day ticket and a good informative guide book with some better back history

The brochure offers option of a multi language audio guide. In July 2014 we took a trip. Most of the plug ins were broken, so headphones were useless. No one from the crew did really care about it. We have found seats with working plugs an you could hear only 3 languages instead of offered 7 or 8. The tape was not paused during the trip so you could not see places described the same time. Waste of time and nerves.
I suggest tu jump to a bus with a guide (eng/ger) so at least hear the information in a proper time.response / report this review -

This sughtseeing buss has two routes one “classic” and one “cultural”. The classic route takes you ro all the main sights and you can jump off and on the whole day.
It is an ok way to get a quick introduction to the city and if it is nice weather it is nice to sit outside. But all the information you get is hard to get as the guide tells about everything in both english and german and it is all a little hectiq when you drive and all of the sudden you make long stops bacause 8 people want to get on and pay separatly. But you do see a lot of the city.

Helpful,quality organization. Following an informative, enjoyable tour of Potsdam, I realized I'd left my purse on the bus. I contacted the main office and recieved the purse back with all contents intact.Thanks BCT.
