Very welcoming and homely experience. The staff are extremely nice. The place itself dates back to 1718 (if I got that right) - the food is good and plentiful. Try the local specialities as they do them to perfection here. Their beers are some of the best I have ever tasted. Finally, their prices are very reasonable. We stumbled on this place by accident a few minutes after arriving in Nuremberg and we are so happy we did.

Very delicious meal and polite waiters. I found the price also ok. Traditional wearing waitresses made the ambience look more authentic. I can definitely recommend this place!

A wonderful classic German restaurant. Food was great and reasonably priced. My Käsespätzle with fried onions was perfect.

Never have i tried vegetables being boiled to the point where no taste or texture remains. You can actually spread the vegetables just like butter. I don't know if the local cuisine dictates this, but I would not recommend this place.
