Ich wurde von Anfang an sehr gut behandelt obwohl es ein komplizierter Fall war. Der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau, zwischenzeitlich haben sich sogar mehrere Mitarbeiter um mein Anliegen gekümmert, unter anderem Herr Netuschil persönlich. Ich würde jederzeit das Autohaus Netuschil weiter empfehlen und gerne wieder Kunde sein.

Netuschil ist seit Jahrzehnten und in 2 Generationen ein zuverlässiger Partner. Mit Frau Schmieder hat man, eine ins Haus passende, junge, kompetente Mitarbeiterin gefunden die uns umfassend technisch informierte, zugesagte Termine einhielt sowohl bei den Probefahrten als auch bei der Auslieferung. Im Prinzip alles OK. Allerdings ziemlich lange Wartezeit für z.B. einen Reifenwechsel (1.5 Stunden). Eine "Dialogannahme" lässt sich auch nicht vermeiden sondern da muss man durch.

Super Beratung ! Das Fahrzeug stand zum ausgemachten Termin für die Probefahrt bereit und der Verkäufer hat mich gewissenhaft und umfangreich beraten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das Auto auch gekauft. Bei der Abholung war das Fahrzeug in einwandfreiem Zustand, er war top gereinigt und poliert Obwohl es sich um ein gebrauchtes Fahrzeug gehandelt hat, stand der da wie neu. Ich möchte betonen dass der Kontakt überaus freundlich war. Vielen Dank Herr Müller, ich bin sehr zufrieden ++ !

Hello,
I am a driver of a BMW320d F31 2013 and I want to change to a MINI Countryman.
With this purpose I went today to Netuschil BMW Autohaus in Boeblingen, where I am already a customer since years mainly for service both for my current and my previous BMW vehicle.
Let's forget that the receptionist doesn't speak one word in English. I am not saying Chinese, Armenian or Hungarian, I am saying ENGLISH!!!
I was welcomed by the Chief Mechanic (who helped the poor receptionist in the difficult task of welcoming me) and I was accompanied to the MINI sales representative.
I explained him my interest in a Mini Countryman, I told him that I was open to any purchasing configuration: cash, leasing, new vehicle, used vehicle. Any would do, I just wanted a Mini Countryman.
I asked for a test drive, as I have never driven a MINI Countryman.
Not only he didn't invite me to take a seat (he kept me standing), not only he didn't ask me any question about what configuration I wanted, not only he didn't try to sell me a car (which I believe is what he is paid for) but he sent me to the used vehicles department saying that they had a Mini Countryman Diesel ready to drive.
Once I got into the used vehicles office, Mr. Martin Grosshans told me that he would let me drive the Mini Countryman Diesel that he had available only in case I was seriosuly interested in purchasing that specific vehicle, for the reason that there are costs involved in a test drive for customers that he has to bear (he meant the temporary registration plate and the relative insurance). He said that, in case I wanted to test drive the vehicle only in order to get to know the car (and not to purchase that one specifically) I had to go back to the new vehicles department and he let me go away!
Ahahahaah!!! What a bunch of useless, unprofessional, incompetent, rude people these guys are! None of the two sales representatives tried to sell me the car I wanted!!! I went back home without driving the Mini Countryman and without any offer in my hands! Congratulation Netuschil, congratulations BMW, you have a team of extraordinary sales men! If these guys will ever sell a car, it will happen simply by pure coincidence as they would not be able, using their own capabilities, to sell a fresh lemonade in the Sahara desert!!! Last but not least, I was the only customer in the whole shop, so they had all the time and space in the world to dedicate their sales efforts to me. Tomorrow I will go to Mercedes, maybe someone will want to sell me a car!
