  February 15, 2020 during office hours. The diagnosis was made directly at the practice door in the hallway by the doctor's assistant Ms. F. I should come back the next morning and it would be a long time.
  February 16, 2020 5 minutes before the start of the consultation. Today is no time for me. A person who came after me was kindly invited in.

  I came as an acute patient and was able to stay there straight away. I received a very friendly welcome from the registration, although they really had their hands full to accommodate all patients corona-compliant, as the waiting room is very small. Frau Doktor Schwahlen took a lot of time for me and explains very precisely. A relaxed, friendly and competent doctor.

  The waiting room was full and it took long time to get called. Finally it was my turn and I was surprised by her friendliness. Even she was so busy, Frau Schwahlen has been very friendly and personal. I had the feeling she took her time with me and my problem without being in a hurry, and still the consultation took probably just only 5 minutes

  Augenärztin Frau Schwahlen hat mir bei einem Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin sehr spontan geholfen und mich trotz Zeitknappheit sehr kompetent und freundlich behandelt.

  Spätestens bei Frau Schwahlen hab ich meinen Glauben an die Schulmedizin verloren. Ich erzählte ihr mein Problem/ Symptom und sie lachte (mich aus): "Wollen Sie mir etwa erzählen, dass Sie so jung eine Lesebrille brauchen?" Nein, ich hab Ihnen einfach nur gesagt, wo mein Problem liegt. Bitte erweitern Sie Ihren Fokus!

  Negative aber ist die Angestellte am Empfang sehr unhöflich und unkompetent,Zitat geht uns nichts an-hat auch die Erste Vollmacht verschludert betrifft meine Mutter dessen Unterlagen rauszugeben verweigert wird
