Günstige und gute Pension. Familiengeführt. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Astreines WLAN mit 100Mbit. Sat TV. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

As a google local guide , I have visited a lot of places around the world, but this is the first time in my life I am facing such an unfriendliness, inhospitality and arrogant behavior. I have had the ”chance” to spend almost 3 months in this pension or more properly would be the word PRISON. The purpose of visiting Ingolstadt was business trip so that my employer arranged my stay at this place.
From the very beginning I felt the negative attitude of the lady, that “dropped” the keys. My room was next to the entrance door so I couldn’t sleep at all. They have complained to my employer ,because I was taking a shower and the bathroom was wet, which could cause condensation
in the room. ( just to let you know that there is no ventilation in the rooms and the only chance to avoid the condensation is to keep the windows constantly open ,which is also not allowed :))I have experiencing the fact that someone was complaining to my employer, because I have left my clothes on the bed and the coffee machine not cleaned. What a shame??? They have also called me and an arrogant lady started screaming on the phone that she won’t be able to take it anymore and can’t stand me. What? Why? Because I was leaving my clothes on the bed or because of my willingness to spend my private time in a warm silent room. It was really funny, because they were entering the room while I was sleeping and after cleaning it I couldn’t find my staff. It was really cold outside and I left the heating system on but when I came back from work it was always off and the room was extremely cold. For 3 months they have changed the sheets not more than one time. They have never said “Hello “ or “How can we help you” ,they were always unhappy and unfriendly. There is an old Chinese proverb that says ‘a man without a smiling face must never open a shop!’
The most funny fact is that the family creates fake google profiles and rate the place in Google with 5 stars. You can track, that users such a Johannes Blauer, Harry Gauer ,Katharina Schiller ,Sierra Alpha, Anton Bruckner have used google only once. The reason- to give excellent evaluation to this ’’amazing” place. ;)response / report this review -

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir empfehlen neuen Mitarbeitern während ihrer ersten Zeit in Ingolstadt gerne die Pension Auernhammer.

Top Unterkunft
Zimmer sauber und neu
Besitzer sehr freundlich. Standen im Stau und kamen später an, war aber kein Problem.
Für Ingolstadt eine preiswerte Unterkunft die weiter zu empfehlen ist.response / report this review -

Super Pension. War vor Jahren schon mal zu Gast und es hat sich viel getan. Kaum wieder zu erkennen.
Die Betreiber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Kann ich nur Empfehlen.
