Helpful staff, no doubt. But the wait to get in was laborious! Then waiting for a repair, which didn't actually repair the device! Now I can't book an appointment to go back.

Thursday 19 september 2013, we were at the launch for the iPhone 5s. We arrived at 23.00 and we were halfway the line at that time.After waiting for 9 hours the apple store opened its doors. This time security was arranged ok. After 1 hour they sold out all of the gold and silver white iPhones, 40 per item !!!!!! and after another hour waiting they sold out all the grey iPhone 5s !! The worst thing is that the staff didn't inform the costumers that all the phones had sold out !! so the waited for hours for nothing !!!
Communication isn't the strongest at apple store Oberhausen !!!!!
Two third of all the costumers went home without there iPhone 5s ;(
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION !!
