Ich war schon ab und zu in dieser Apotheke. Man erfreute mich stets mit Sonderangeboten, so dass ich günstiger wegkam als anderswo. Die Apotheke wirkt ziemlich zugestellt. Weil sie unübersichtlich ist und angeblich deshalb Diebe anzieht, wird ein Ladendetektiv beschäftigt.

Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich z.B. Fragen zu bestimmten Krankheiten habe.
Meine Medikamente sind meist vorrätig und es liegt zentral.

Ich kann diese Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Bis Dato ( vergangenen 2 Jahre ) wurde ich hier immer zuvorkommend und kompetent bedient. Hier habe ich auch immer alle meine Medikamente OHNE VORBESTLLUNG direkt erhalten. Auch wurde mir das jeweils preisgünstigste Produkt ( Auf Nachfrage hin ) angeboten. Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schlecht, da man nicht mal gerade das Auto dort abstellen kann, um etwas zu kaufen.

This is a fabulous pharmacy, with everything you could ever want except CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is very unwelcoming as there is a security man on the shop floor staring at your every move as though you are about to steal something, so it is not a relaxed environment where you can leisurely look at the products and make your purchase but one where you must very quickly decide and go to the checkout.
The elderly lady owner of the store is also there, but not to assist you, only to tell you to hurry on and make your purchase or leave the store. Not to mention she laughed at me for not speaking German and then called her security man.
REALLY upset my day visiting this pharmacy and I will NOT return. My advise is get rid of the security man and have two pleasant shop assistants on the floor to help customers with queries.
