Ich hatte ein Appartement für vier erwachsene Personen gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war in Ordnung. Im Wohnzimmer wurde das Sofa als drittes Bett genutzt, was grundsätzlich vertretbar war. Als viertes Bett jedoch wurde im "Wohnzimmer" ein Gästebett bereitgestellt, das völlig unzumutbar war: die Matratze war dünn und durchgelegen, sodass das Lattenrost jederzeit sehr deutlich zu spüren war. Zwei Nächte mit anschließenden Rückenbeschwerden als Folge dieses "Betts" sind kein gutes Aushängeschild für ein Hotel.

Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Schloss. Man kann direkt vom AKF zu Fuß oder mit einem gemieteten Fahrrad losfahren. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos nett und hilfsbereit.response / report this review -

Simply awesome!!! I've been there with my girlfriend just a while ago, and I'm fully satisfied with their services and accommodations. The only things lacking is a 24h reception and an elevator (if there was we miss it completely :P ) and we also find difficulties in locating the main entrance because the front door and some back doors were closed at night.
Clean and comfortable rooms and a really nice, educated, professional and charming reception are the peak of this apartment hotel.

Semplicemente magnifico!!! Ci sono stato con la mia ragazza poco tempo fa e sono pienamente soddisfatto dei loro servizi e delle loro camere. Le uniche cose che mancavano erano una reception 24 ore su 24 ed un ascensore (se c'era non l'abbiamo proprio visto :P) ed abbiamo anche trovato difficoltà a trovare l'ingresso dato che l'ingresso frontale ed alcune porte sul retro erano chiuse di notte.
Camere pulite e confortevoli ed una reception educata, professionale e piacevole sono i punti forti di questo hotel.

Ansich ein nettes Hotel Bloß die Kommunikation zwischen dem Personal klappt nicht sehr gut Wir haben ein mündliche Vereinbarung getroffen und am Tag der abreise wusste die Aushilfe nichts davon, die aber so nett war es trotzdem einzuhaltenDer Knüller ist aber das das Personal sich dann noch bei ihrer Pause über uns schön das Maul zerrissen habenTop
