Ich war heute dort habe vor 4wochen für die selben negal selbe farbe alles gleich das letzte mal 32€bezahlt heute habe ich 42€bezalt eine freundin war da bei die sich for 2wochen die Nagel dort machen lassen hat und die hat für2 kaputte negel 10€gezahlt gehts noch? Ich hab da noch nie für reperaturen zahlen müssen

Super zufrieden !
Damals Bin ich ohne große Erwartungen in den Laden gestolpert um es einfach mal auszuprobieren..
Nun sind es schon ca 4 Monaten (Tisch 8) und ich bin rundum zufrieden!
Ich Trag die Nägel natürlich und kurz, werde immer ohne Wartezeit drangenommen.
Meine nageldesignerin spricht gut deutsch und macht es auch schon ziemlich lange, sprich sie hat Ahnung von dem was sie macht und ist auch echt schnell (35-45min).response / report this review -

Stay away!
My fiancée is currently getting her nails done and she is so close to slapping the guy.
First of all, they almost can't speak any german or english. He didn't understand what we wanted for a long time, also we didn't understand him at all.
She is so much in pain because of how careless and rude this guy is and this is by far the worst place we have ever seen. He is using the tools like he is digging for gold. Its like so if they are trying to be unprofessional. Instead of talking to her, he is just pulling her hands around.
They actually have the devices to dry the nails but instead of using that he is just using the normal light. At this point all she says is that she wants to die.
At the end, she has too short nails because the guy got carried away with his construction work, and lots of pain as bonus. She does this every month but this time was the worst of them all.
Shortly, don't get fooled by the cheap prices, don't put your foot inside this door.response / report this review -

Total unzufrieden! Das Ergebnis meiner Nägel ist schön. Habe mir 2 meiner Nägel mit Glitzer Steine verziehen lassen, pro Glitzer Stein 1€ ?!? Mann bekommt auf Amazon ein pak mit 3000 Steinchen für 1.68 € totale Betrug!! Auf keinen fall zum weiterempfehlen! Beim runter Pfeilen bekommt man richtige Schmerzen! Ich bezweifel das dort überhaupt jemand eine angemessene Ausbildung hat! Deutsch kann dort auch niemand, was es sehr schwer macht wünsche über seine eigenen Nägeln zu äußern!

My wife was looking for a nail bar in Karlsruhe last week and we stumbled across this place. My wife went in and asked specifically if they had "soak off gel polish" (Gelish, OPI etc) as she is rather particular in her nail management. The lady who worked there assured her that they did (confident in english also), and then started to grind off her old polish with what looked like a dremmel ? and then wanted to smoothen out the nail from the damage caused by using gel filler.
The place was dirty, old and unhygienic.
And the quality of work was sloppy to say the least. With nails being painted while still covered in dust and nail fragments left over from their dremmel and dirty tools.
My wife wasn't happy to say the least.
In the end, my wife had her old polish removed.
A new unbranded polish applied (badly).
And was charged even more than she was originally told.
Take heed and read the other reviews this place has been given and look for somewhere else.response / report this review
