There is no business centre , the only computer at the hotel is not working, dirty, and the stuff do not understand english well. still a nice view and clean toilet. One of the foreign staff there, has expressed to me with a proof the bad treatment and he has said that they were racist with him.

Wonderful place to stay. The spa area was really fantastic. Service was excellent. Views of the lake were pretty. Free WiFi throughout the building. Room service was very reasobaly priced. The rooms were appropriately priced and the amenities were wonderful. I only wish they had better air conditioning. I look forward to my next stay!

We stayed for three days and it is everything you would expect from a five star hotel in Tegernsee, the play ground of the Munich city folk. That said, the staff were friendly and very helpful above that expectation: there was no issues accommodating my wife and I when we requested a change of room to something more private (no issue with the previous room, we both smoke and didn't want to disturb neighbors). Excellent English.

The views are great but very popular so I recommend booking well in advance and be conscientious of peak seasonal times. We opted for their lakes and castle package where a car was provided (covertable Audi S5, lots of fun to drive!) to permit their residence to visit some of king Ludwig's castles.

The attaching Michelin 3 starred restaurant is good, each dish a surprise and memorable.

We'll visit again for sure.

Beautifully located traditional 5-star hotel at the Tegernsee. Perfect bar and great rooms. The panorama of the lake and the surrounding mountains is spectecular.

Grand luxury for a 5 star hotel

We spent only one nigh there as we went to the 3 star restaurant of the same name. We got a Deluxe Mountain Room.
Luxury is amazing - bathroom, shower, a very nice balcony. Service is amazing and friendly, and the place is very beautiful - Tegernsee is worth the trip, on this hotel or another
Go there is you have money to spend on luxury or if you want to enjoy the restaurant without having to drive afterwards :P

Welcoming - Perfect. Our luggages were taken from our car and quickly transported to our room. Our car was also parked in the underground garage. Each time we needed it, they fetched it very quickly.

Check in - Perfect. Very efficient and professional. We have been accompanied by receptionist to our room where he explained all features.

Room - Perfect. Our suite was very spacious and well decorated with warm colors.
There was a tablet in room to order room service, reserve table in restaurants, call a taxi etc. Nespresso machine, big screen TVs, music system, automated lights/curtains were other highlights. We had a gorgeous lake view from our suite!

Room Service - Perfect.
Breakfast - Perfect.
Housekeeping - Perfect.

Trying to think of a negative but could not actually come up with anything worthwhile to mention

Conclusion
We have stayed in hundreds of five star hotels in the world and I can comfortably state that this one was one of the best.
It is a property that fully deserves its five stars and it could set example in many areas for many other LH badged hotels

A hotel with every amenity taken care of. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the lake. The gym is surprisingly well equipped. The restaurant is truly one of the great find dining experiences in the world. Finally, the staff is very accommodating and attentive. Your room will always be clean, and you will never have to go far to get any question answered.
