Important warning!
We waited for 20min outside the bus to get in and buy tickets. The staff-lady, was realy unkind and rude. At the end she told the 10 of us, that we didnt reserve the seat and we cant take te bus, so that was our lesson for the next time and we can go by taxi. Some people that placed luggage in the bus argued so she let them stay on the stair!!!!! The four of us went by taxi that costed us 200e. So, If anyone reads this, reserve the seat online, obligatory!!!response / report this review -

Terrible Service.
I'm originally from Munich and embarassed by this company. The bus drivers are pushy and rude. The bus does not comply its time schedule since they wait half hour in order to get the bus completely full and make more profit. The luggage is not beeing taken care off and overloaded. 20 euros one way is totally inappropriate on all levels. Very uncomfortable journey to Munich. They only think about money. 20 euro from Memmingen to München. So damn expensive. And they still don t respect their time plan and wait as much as they can to make the bus as full as possible.

I m giving one star because I felt so unsafe on this bus. The driver was on the phone for the entire trip. The bus was clean, comfortable and on time.

The bus left with a huge delay because they wanted to fill seats. The bus was old, AC was weak. Prices for tickets from Memmingen airport to Munich are astronomic (20 euro per person). Classic misuse of monopoly on a specific route. AVOID THIS OPERATOR. Better switch to car sharing (bla bla car). Or ask guests to share a cab. For 20 euro per person you can rent a taxi to Munich City Centre together with three other people

Das ist das Beste Bus-Unternehmen, das es gibt!!! Sehr Guter Service, sehr Komfortabel, bequem und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich fahre seit FÜNF JAHREN mit dieser Line und es war immer alles OPTIMAL zumal ich hier meinen kleinen Hund mitnehmen darf!!! Bei allen Anderen darf ich NICHT MITFAHREN.

One of the worst bus company in Germany. The buses are run-down, they are supposed to have Internet on board but the service is really bad when it is working. Their prices are higher than they should be, just because they don't have proper competition. They are charging their customers 15 Euro for 120km drive in case you buy the ticket online. If not, the price is 19 Euro. Not to mention their website, which is horrible. And their personnel is extremely rude. Today me and my friend arrived a bit earlier and tried to catch the previous bus from our reservation, but even though the bus was still at the terminal we were told that we cannot take it and we should wait for the next one. After I complained about their attitude towards their customers I was told that I should take the train the next time.

Normal bus. Has Wi-Fi and takes 1:30h from munich to the airport. Cost me 15 euros from munich is train station

Missed our flight due to car accident bus driver made. No compensation at all. Unfriendly staff. Highly NOT recommend to use.
