I brought my road bike in for a much overdue tune-up. These guys are great! Very fast! Very efficient! The whole experience was even better when I showed up and payed less than I was quoted (because a part on my bike didn't need to be replaced). So, very honest! Did I mention friendly! Thanks All Mountains! I now have a new favorite for all my maintenance needs.

Very friendly, very supportive and very efficient. We arrived in the middle of our trip with a problem with the tires of our bike. It was simple, okay, but they understood our problem and decided to do it immediately.

Alex is excellent. Best mountain bike shop in Wiesbaden. They know their stuff and will make sure you ate satisfied. I went in for a new wheel and instead they serviced my old one on the spot and made it new. Wasn't expecting that, but they go above and beyond. If they don't have it in stock on the floor, they will get it to you quickly.

Best small shop in Wiesbaden! Great prices on tune-ups and parts (for german stores). Friendly staff(for Germans) Nice bikes too!

My wife and I were bicycle-backpacking to Koblenz from Munich, and needed help shipping our bicycles back to the US. We had never done such a thing, or trip, before, and only did it on a whim in the first place. At the end of the trip, we were helpless. Alex and his staff saved the day. They helped us break down and package the bicycles, informed us of their proper reassembly and care in transit, and were beyond awesome. They spoke excellent English, didn't laugh at my terrible German, and augmented our faith in humanity. Thanks, Alex--see you on our next trip!
