  From the first appointment to the completion of our new roof, we found Dahlem to be very reliable. There was always someone available for questions and the employees did a good job (as far as that can be assessed as a layman). In any case, we are extremely satisfied with the result and would recommend Dahlem at any time!

  We have started the energy renovation of our house with the Dahlem company (new roofing and insulation). Rapid preparation of the offer, compliance with the sums mentioned, quality of the work, everything was great! And any surprises that have arisen are also well and cheaply taken into account. And last but not least: Mr. Dahlem immediately recommended a solar technician to us with whom the cooperation worked smoothly. Highly recommended as a starting point for building renovation!

  Justified warranty defects, faulty roof tiles, could only be enforced with the help of a lawyer.
  The manufacturer of the pans acknowledged the manufacturing error and delivered new pans. These were installed by another roofer at the expense of the Dahlem company.
  Missing snow guard hooks or missing snow guard grilles on the large north-facing pent roof have led to a bent gutter in winter when there is snow overhanging. I then had the gutter strengthened by additional holders from the roofer I trusted.
  A lead cover on the trempel wall showed several cracks and holes across the entire width of the pent roof after only 10 years. Normally, such a lead cover lasts for decades. Photos sent to Dahlem with a request for a statement. No reaction. After temporary repairs, I have now sealed the cracks with aluminum-laminated bitumen tape.
