Friendly staff. Old room but well maintained. Excellent free bicycles for exploring the surroundings. Loads of options if the weather is bad. Great breakfast buffet. Reception service was a fail in our case: Nobody at reception when we arrived after 21:00 (due to train connections not being met). It took 20 minutes to find someone to check us in. You have to ask for your Gästekarte which gives you discounts in Bad Mergentheim. The included massage was scheduled for us but nobody told us about the arrangement. That said, they were friendly and helpful and you will probably have a better experience.

Hat so weit alles gepasst, ein Stern Abzug weil die kostenlosen Parkplätze für Motorräder mit Einschränkungen nutzbar sind. Am Hang und geschottert vermittelt nicht unbedingt ein sicheres Fahrgefühl vor allem wenn man am Hang anfahren muss

Der Hammer kam schon bei der Ankunft, wir standen fast eine Viertelstunde an der Anmeldung, weil nix vorbereitet war.Man hatte ja unser Daten.Dann das Zimmer, oh Gott dachte ich, bin ich in der DDR gelandet.Also wenn es Komfort ist einem Balkon zu haben, dann hätte ich lieber ein besseres Bad genommen.Das Abendessen war im Gegensatz zum Frühstück besser, denn zu Frühstück musste man schnell sein, etwas vom Büffet abzubekommen, da man es mit dem Nachfühlen nicht so genau nahm. Man musste das wenig vorhandene Personal immer wieder drauf hinweisen was alle war( Messer oder Gabeln alle). Also meiner Meinung nach, muss man dringend etwas investieren, sonst bleiben irgendwann de Kunden weg.

Im Stiel der 70er eingerichtetes Hotel. Zimmer modern. sehr sauber alles. Badezimmer modern. leider wurde ich durch andere Gäste die sich im Flur unterhielten geweckt. Sauna und Schwimmbad nicht genutzt. Frühstück furchtbar (schlechteste Rührei meines Lebens) Altersdurchschnitt bei ca 50. Sehr nettes Personal.

On the way back home we visited this hotel. This hotel is old fashioned but still very nice. At the moment we were here a lot of elderly were here too. I don't know if we are the right audience (25-30 years). The food/restaurant was fine and the room was pretty big, but old fashioned, except the bathroom. I think they renovated this. The swimming pool is also very nice. They also have a sauna but we didn't use that one (no time). The staff is very friendly but they don't speak English very well. Parking is free if you park behind the building (2 minute walk). If you pay 3 Euros per night you can park in front.
