Nice place but staff are rude, they directed us to the lookout tower but the door was locked, I asked them about it and the staff member insisted it was open, when in fact it was closed. Made us wait 20 mins before opening the door. Don’t sell tickets unless it’s open

Majestic from far and magic from inside, this castle keeps the strong character of the XIX century. If you visit it, you will be amazed

One of the best views of Brno. The fortress has really interesting history and the park surrounding it is a great place for relax. One of the top "must see" in Brno.

One of the most interesting sights in Brno. Definitely a must see for any visitor. You can get a nice view of the city and enjoy some meals and drinks in a couple cafes and restaurants.

Everything what's free there is good, everything you have to pay for is overpriced, I'd say. The underground "prison" is a walk through empty corridors with occasional installations of how it was before. Worth the visit with a walk around, but not the prison. Also cosy park underneath.

Nice place to visit and walk around. Would have gone inside maybe if instructions were a little clearer. Google Translate helped a little. Maybe an English translation for us dumb mono lingual types.

It's is a perfect place to walking, running or just seat and relax observing the great view of Brno. You can lunch there, or have a coffee, also there has good places to make a picnic with your family, dog, etc.

Great castle with stunning views over the city Brno.
Medieval castle is well reconstructed and great possibilities for walking tour also with nearby park and offers stunning views over Brno city. We have visited only courts and park, but there are interesting catacombs called "kazemats" to visit also.

The castle has a nice view and a few places to sit down and relax while enjoying something to drink or eat. The lookout tower is a nice feature as well as it has the best view of downtown Brno. There is not so much for kids here and also the park on the way up is historic without much for kids or adults. The castle is small compared to a few others in Czech Republic but still interesting enough to explore.

Obviously a must when you visit Brno. Somehow it's a bit disappointing when you are inside the courtyard even though it has been beautifully restored. There is just not that much to see. For me the best is the view over the city.

Very nice castle and gardens. Amazing view and surroundings. The festival of fire works looks amazing here and during summer you have more festivals as food, etc.
