friendly staff, convenient location and a gym attached which was well equipped!

Air was too dry and room was overheated. Cleaning stuff wanted to clean our room at 0830 on the day of departure Room could be cleaner
Breakfast is off great quality and offers a large selection. The bar is top!

The hotel seems to be new. Good locatio with sufficient parking facilities. Rooms are good, prices could be more competitive.
Breakfast is good and bar facility ok.
The ladies at the reception desk are supportive and speak theit languages.

The receptionstaff were polite, helpfull and serviceminded. Spot on!!!
Some of the girls at breakfast need to smile. They had "pokerface", and made eating uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome. But only some not all. One answered me with mmhmm..thats not even a word!

everything was okay, just do something about your A/C which is too loud. Good snacks provided by reception desk and huge breakfast offering. Enjoyable stay overall with downtown just 5 mins walking distance.
Would definitely recommend.

We had a few technical glitches, during the storm and power failure the air conditioning died. You moved to another room, a small inconvenience.

The TV listings said HBO but we were never able to make it work.

Your staff are the best. You picked good people and they are well trained.

We were delighted to find this hotel and will return. We didn't note the name of the woman with dark hair who checked us in. It was around 11:00. She was very professional and cordial, setting the positive tone for the stay. She deserves a big thank you.

Awesome breakfast, very nice rooms.l and good prices in walking distance to the city. We found a parking space which is free on weekends (just behind the hotel).

Everything is perfect. There is one thing I would like to have again in my room. The coffe machine . All the rest is really good. The hotel has one of the best teams I've ever met. What should I say more?

It was my second visit. The location of the hotel and the surrounding neighbourhood as well as the distance from Plzen's center is fantastic. I would consider it a fantastic idea to have tea and coffee making equipment in the room. In general I consider Angelo as a very friendly, cosy and well above average hotel. Surely I will return as I travel quite oftenly to Pilsen. On can book this hotel all year around, either for business or for pleasure.

The hotel facility and the rooms were really top. I liked the design concept of the hotel lobby and also the restaurant floor was very nice. The hotel is loated in the Pilsen City Center, which is another strong point.
